Situated in Annan, in Dumfries and Galloway. The Rowanbank Guesthouse has 10 letting bedrooms, with most all creature comforts The Rooms of Rowanbank Guesthouse.

Each of our 10 letting rooms (5 on the ground floor) come with en-suite shower and toilet. Also, Freeview digital television (broadcasting over 30 TV channels and many popular radio stations) and tea & coffee making facilities. Family rooms are also available. The Rowanbank Guesthouse also boasts a free broadband wireless internet hotspots.

Rooms will be ready from between 3.30p.m. and 9.00p.m. However, it would be very helpful to know your approximate time of arrival. If you wish to occupy your rooms earlier, please let us know your requirements.

Our premiere suite has a luxurious 4 poster bed and its own sitting area. Perfect for wedding nights, honey moons, romantic breaks away and for those who have dreamed of sleeping in a 4 poster bed.
Breakfast at the Rowanbank Guesthouse

All prices include breakfast. With fruit juice and a wide variety of cereals to start, the cooked breakfast consists of Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Tomato, Mushrooms, Potato Scone. Served with Tea or Coffee and Toast. (Grapefruit, Scrambled Eggs, Poached Eggs, Boiled Eggs and Beans are also available.)

For those wishing to add a little Scottish spice to their repas - Haggis and Black Pudding are a flavoursome addition.

We always use barn or free range eggs, and sausages from local butcher. We can also cater for special diets if pre-notified.

A satisfying Packed lunch is available on request.
Other Comforts at the Rowanbank Guesthouse

Our lounge is open to all our guests and features Widescreen television with Dvd Player and a small library of books. Also a wood burning stove to stave off those winter chills.

The Rowanbank also features a modest Gardenette to the rear of the Guesthouse, perfect for taking a few tranquil moments in the sun.
